Seventh  Generation is looking for an eCommerce Pure Play Team Lead who will be  responsible for the total brand portfolio, spanning across multiple homecare  categories across ship-to-home customers like Amazon, Grove Collaborative and  GoPuff.    Responsible for the short and long-term growth plan of pure play platforms,  you set the strategy in collaboration with the Performance Marketing Lead  with the full support of an all-star cross-functional team. You will own the  channel P&L and have the chance to work alongside some of the most  progressive minds in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail. Co-creating  innovative digital marketing programs, pioneering data analytics, and  devising creative supply chain solutions are just a few of the things in your  bag. You are a critical thinker, with experience running a high performing  team and have the intuition to chart the unknown and try new things.

Responsibilities

Build  and own joint business plan strategy across platforms that will drive double  digit growth of Pure Play business over 3-year horizon. Command of pure play  business metrics across a P&L that will drive incremental sales and  profit
   Develop an overall eCommerce growth strategy in partnership with our  Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and Leadership teams
   Be the voice of the customer internally. Influence our organization by  building business cases that drive alignment and support of key customer  initiatives that will drive brand love
   Use data to drive business decisions. Drive eCommerce business decisions by  connecting multiple data sources, collaborating with analytics manager to  provide data stack that enables team to deliver and connecting sales and  marketing metrics
   Collaborate with Performance Marketing Lead to build data-driven activation  plan built to drive brand penetration and loyalty, in service of delivering  top and bottom-line results for channel
   Share best-in-class learnings within the Seventh Generation and greater  Unilever Organization to further enable eCommerce development and support

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s  degree in marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred
   7-10 years of relevant CPG and/or eCommerce experience
   Strong team leader who is willing to jump in and do the work alongside the  team
   Excellent communicator, both in writing and in person, who is experienced  in translating data into strategic recommendations
   Intellectually curious with demonstrated ability to figure out complex  business challenges. Unique ability to think differently and pull it all together
   Excellent quantitative analytical skills across eCommerce metrics
   Loves to work on, and contribute to, a fast and agile team with a strong  mission
