   We’re seeking an experienced leader to manage Apple Retail Online’s WW  Certified Refurbished business. This includes sales ownership, go-to-market  plans, and future roadmap for the program.


   This role will require strong eye for business in interpreting results, the  ability to challenge the status-quo, identify revenue and customer  experience-driving opportunities, and leading across-functionality to  articulate and promote development plans.x

Responsibilities

Develop  a deep understanding of e-commerce customer needs for the Certified  Refurbished category and develop the go-to-market strategy for Retail  Online


   Evaluate and analyze Retail’s Refurbished product performance globally,  including identifying KPIs, and present insights in key forums to  leadership


   Partner with Apple’s Supply Chain teams to secure Refurbished inventory  across product lines and in key markets


   Build Refurbished commercial roadmap, including partnering across Regional  teams, Digital Experience, Product teams to influence broader Retail Online  roadmap


   Socialize and gain support / alignment for the plan with key partners in a  matrixed organization: Demand Generation, Merchandising, DCM, Operations,  Marketing

Job Requirements

7-10+  years e-commerce experience, with preferred experience in for a global  e-commerce Retailer


   3-5+ years of experience leading effective teams and managing people


   Excels in a fast-paced environment and comfortable navigating and  influencing in a matrixed organization


   High attention to detail with strong commercial acumen


   Strong keynote presentation skills and confidence with Excel


   Strong history of managing complex business planning strategies, including  the development and execution of capital and operational plans


   Strong background in reporting and presenting commercial performance  objectives, including market insights and promotional requirements


   Proven analytical and numerical proficiency; well versed in site analytics  tools and proficient in analyzing data for commercial and strategy  decisions


   Exceptional ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and  demonstrate resourcefulness


   Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to create customer  experiences and define shopping journeys
